ANTICIPATING YOUR RETREAT
1. Travel Plans
We are currently doing retreats in the Cartersville, GA area. Check out the Directions page (Cartersville or Emerson LakePoint) for your retreat for detailed driving directions. If you plan to fly, the nearest airport is Atlanta's International Airport (airport code: ATL). We encourage you to rent a car or arrange other transportation from the airport or there is a shuttle service from the airport called ShuttleTran.
Check in starts at 12:30 PM EST on Tuesday. Be sure to eat lunch before arrival. The retreat ends on Thursday around 12:00 PM noon. Attendance is mandatory at all sessions. Please make travel arrangements to arrive on time and stay for the whole Retreat.
Food and Lodging is not included in registration. See your retreat's Directions page for available hotel accommodations. You will need to book a hotel room for Tuesday night and Wednesday night.
2. What to Pack for a visit to the Ranch
Please bring all neccessary overnight items for two nights that you would pack for a hotel visit. Dress modestly and comfortably as we will be sitting for long periods of time. Some conference rooms can get chilly so some like to bring a sweater or sweatshirt.
3. READ UP
All seekers of deliverance are required to read Tim Mather's book Prophetic Deliverance. It is available in two formats. First, a PDF download of the book is free with registration. Some people would rather hold a book in their hands so the second option is to purchase it from our bookstore. Go to Bear Creek Mercantile page to order.
Post deliverance care and planning includes 5 weeks of Wholeness Coaching emails and conference calls. Each week and email is delivered to your inbox which deals with specific topics encountered after deliverance that will assist in healing the wounded soul.
The Healing Path
Grieving Unresolved Issues of Loss
Healing the Pain and Anger of Offense
Heal to Forgive
The Power of Your Words
Our post-deliverance care provides 3 avenues of learning:
1. Audio Teachings with Katie Mather
The Coaching email will contain one or two audio teachings on each topic. They are web-based and you will need access to the internet for the duration of the teaching. (Linked to YouTube.com.) If you do not have access to the internet we have an audio CD available online at Bear Creek Mercantile or pick one up while you are at the Ranch.
2. Written Material
Included in the email is additional written material about the week's topic. The Audio and written material are not the same teachings. They are different and support each other. We wish to provide you with as much information as possible to help you on your wholeness journey.
3. Weekly Conference Calls
At the completion of your Deliverance Retreat Katie Mather will assign you a day to call in for the conference call. The weekly email will have a reminder of which day to call and provide you with the phone number and questions to consider when you call. We encourage everyone to call in once a week to discuss your progress and understanding with Katie as she is a counselor and is excited to share her time with each person who has gone through deliverance. We believe that aftercare is the most important part of the healing process.

"The ministry at Bear Creek Ranch is a great gift to the whole body of Christ. My experience in this deliverance-healing ministry gave me a new and deep freedom that only Jesus can give. The whole weekend was covered with peace, power and His wonderful presence of Love."
